Flat Conversion Submitted Bridport

5 Flats and a commercial property

A Planning Application has been submitted for the proposed conversion of an existing Grade II Listed Building in Bridport into 5 Flats to the upper floors with a refurbished commercial property retained on the ground floor.

After extensive consultations with the Local Authority the scheme was refined to satisfy Heritage constraints and now formally submitted for consent. We hope obtain approval by Easter 2020 with works commencing on site immediately after.
