Planning Application submitted for the proposed refurbishment and extensions to an existing semi rural property in the Cotswolds.

The proposals seek to create a 4 bedroom property with open plan living spaces to the ground floor. The new design seeks to enhance connections with exterior walled garden, through clever use of glass and overhanging roofs.
