98 New Homes, Fordingbridge

We have recently submitted an outline planning application for a residential development at St.Johns Farm, Fordingbridge in Hampshire. Working alongside Planning Base we have developed a scheme which seeks to embrace the rural setting of the site, whilst encompassing flavours from the New Forrest National Park. The design ethos is derived from the notion of illustrating the evolution of a farmstead into a village setting.

Landscaping and open space is integrated within the site with extensive planting throughout.

The site also includes retirement accommodation in the form of flats along with a village hall feature close to the entrance of the site.

The proposed design provides spacious living inside and out.

The scheme includes a balancing pond as a solution to surface water drainage whilst doubling up as a landscape feature.
